Q: Where can I find the product license key I purchased?

A: For security purposes you will not receive your product license key(s) via email. Product license key(s) are issued to your customer account within 30 minutes of purchase during regular business hours (7:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Time). Any license(s) purchased after 8:00PM PST may take an additional 1 - 2 hours for delivery.

Q: How do I get help with my installation?

A: Within your customer area you will find installation instructions for individual programs. If you are unable to locate the instructions, or still have an issue with your installation we offer 24/7 technical support. Simply click the orange button located on the bottom right corner of your screen.

Additionally we do offer for a small fee a 24/7 product installation & support service, which can be found on this page.

Q: Why haven't I received my product license key(s)?

A: Typically if you are unable to locate your product license key(s) in your customer area, we may require a verification call to confirm your purchase details. Our system will automatically flag orders that may be potentially fraudulent, to prevent fraud we make simple verification calls to the phone number provided on purchase.

Q: How do I download my program?

A: Your product download link(s) will be available in your customer area. Click here to login.

Q: Can I burn the product download (ISO) onto a USB or DVD?

A: Yes! You may download the media as many times as you require and you can both keep it as a physical copy and use it to install the software.

Q: How long does it take to download?

A: This will vary depending on your internet connection, and how busy our download servers are. Typically most products can be downloaded within 15 - 60 Minutes. However in some cases it may take 2 - 3 hours for the download to complete, so don't be alarmed if it's taking some time.

Please make sure to download the entire program otherwise you will encounter corrupted installation errors.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We provide a 30 day money-back guaranteed or exchange of any product within 30 days of the invoice date. For electronic titles, we only provide you with a refund or exchange if the software is deemed defective. Read More.

Q: Do you sell OEM Licenses?

A: We do not. Our product license keys are retail licenses. Equivulent to what you'd find in BestBuy. Typically OEM licensing is only available for distribution through equipment manufacturers such as HP, Dell, etc.

Q: I haven't received a receipt with my purchase?

A: This will happen for 1 of 2 reasons. Either your transaction was not successful and you were not charged, so no receipt will be provided. Or this happens when there is a typo in the email submitted on the checkout page.. You can email contact@instocksoftware.com for assistance.
