Please make sure that your system meets all system requirements before purchasing. Where possible, InStockSoftware.com will publish system requirements on the description page of the software, but we also suggest that requirements be confirmed from the publisher's web site.


InStockSoftware.com 30 day limited warranty provides for a refund or exchange of any product within 30 days of the invoice date. For electronic titles, we only provide you with a refund or exchange if the software is deemed defective. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to InstockSoftware.com's limited 30 day warranty described above. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please fill out the RMA # request form. We will first try to help you solve the problem however if we are unable to then we will exchange the product for the exact same item.

Electronic delivery - InStock Software will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, InStock Software will refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.



We will respond to your request within 24 hours of receiving it. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your return to be processed.
